End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 29 April 2025

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 638 309 789), the owner and operator of Sysri ("Software").

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sysri for your internal business purposes.

2. Ownership

Sysri is owned by Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy or modify Sysri.
You may not reverse engineer or distribute Sysri without permission.

4. Termination

We may terminate this license at any time if terms are violated. Upon termination, use of Sysri must cease.

5. Disclaimer

Sysri is provided "as is" without warranties. Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aqsa Technologies Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of Sysri.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
